1 Definitions and Interpretation

In this terms and conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" — refers to the meta8888 website accessible at meta8888.net together with all services offered on it.
• "User" or "Player" — refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using the services of this platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

3 User Account

Users are fully responsible for all activities that occur under their account. This obligation includes protecting login information such as username and password.

If a user suspects that unauthorised access to their account has occurred, immediately notifying the meta8888 support team via live chat or email is strongly recommended. meta8888 is not responsible for any losses arising from a user's negligence in maintaining account security.

Each user is only allowed one active account. Transferring, selling, or assigning an account to another party is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to do so may result in the immediate suspension of that account.

4 Deposits and Payment Methods

meta8888 supports a range of payment methods for the convenience of users in Malaysia. The minimum deposit per transaction is RM30 regardless of the method chosen.

Accepted payment methods include Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH. All deposits are processed through secure and encrypted channels.

Users are responsible for ensuring that payment details entered are accurate. meta8888 is not responsible for failed deposits resulting from incorrect information or technical issues on the part of the payment service provider.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a meta8888 account are subject to the following conditions. The minimum amount per withdrawal request is RM50.

Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5–30 minutes. However, in certain situations such as security checks or verification requirements, this timeframe may be longer.

• Users must verify their identity before large withdrawal requests are processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to certain situations.
• All wagering requirements associated with a bonus must be fully met before any withdrawal is permitted.
• meta8888 reserves the right to hold withdrawals while a verification process is being carried out.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

meta8888 reserves the right to modify, suspend or end any promotion at any time. Abuse of promotions, including registering multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses, will result in cancellation of all bonuses and potential account closure.

7 Game Rules

All games available on the meta8888 platform — including slots, live casino, sportsbook, and other games — are subject to their respective rules as displayed within each game's interface.

Game results generated by the meta8888 system are final and cannot be disputed except where a verifiable technical error has occurred. Any complaint relating to a game result must be reported to the support team within a reasonable timeframe.

In situations where a technical disruption occurs during a game session, meta8888 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the user's account. The determination of such action is at the sole discretion of meta8888.

8 Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following while using the meta8888 platform:

• Registering multiple accounts under the same or different identities for the purpose of exploiting promotions.
• Using automated software, bots, or any tool designed to manipulate the game system.
• Using funds obtained from illegal activities to make deposits into an account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, particularly in poker and live casino games.
• Spreading false information about meta8888 to the public or to the media.
• Attempting to hack, intrude upon, or disrupt the technical infrastructure of the platform.
• Providing false information during the identity verification process.

Users suspected of carrying out prohibited activities may have their accounts reviewed without prior notice. All transaction evidence and activity records are retained and may be submitted to the relevant authorities if required.

9 Personal Data Protection

10 Limitation of Liability

• Unauthorised access to an account due to the user's negligence in safeguarding their login credentials.

Under any circumstances, meta8888's liability to any user shall not exceed the value of deposits made by that user in the 30 days preceding the liability claim.

11 Account Suspension and Closure

meta8888 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• The user has breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
• There are indications of fraudulent activity or unauthorised use of the platform.
• The user has provided false information during registration or verification.
• Compliance with legal requirements or instructions from relevant authorities.

Users also have the right to close their account voluntarily at any time by contacting the support team. Any valid balance in the account will be returned to the user once the verification process is complete, subject to any bonus balance that has not yet met the wagering requirements.

12 Amendments to Terms and Conditions

13 Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the meta8888 platform should first be resolved through negotiation between the user and the meta8888 support team. Support is available 24/7 via live chat or email in both Malay and English.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within a reasonable timeframe, both parties agree to refer the dispute to an alternative resolution process as determined by the relevant international licensing authority.
